Giving students online access to grades, assignment scores, attendance, upcoming events, and teacher-student messaging is easy.

First you need to select a class from your list, click the Students tab and then click the Print Access Code Flyers button at the top of the page. That link provides you with a printable page that you can cut into flyers and give to your students. Each flyer contains a student's name, their SECRET Engrade Access Code, and the URL where they can sign up for an account.

With the flyer, students will go to http://www.engrade.com/students, enter their Access Code(s), and choose a username/password combination. Students can then use their username and password to log in anytime and see their up-to-the-minute classroom information on Engrade.

If you like, you can create an account for an unregistered student by clicking the (no account, click here to sign up) link next to their name in the Students tab.

You can see a list of which students have registered and when they last logged in using the same Students tab.
